BAD Service
I am supposed to be a VIP client with Cell C with 4 contracts and contract manager Valentine is appointed to handle all enquiries/upgrades etc. I have been trying to upgrade my phone now for more than 3 months now. I call him like 10 times a day and all i get he is busy and on the road and will get back to me shortly. Guess what he never do. I told het via the 100 SMSse that i am going to Hello Peter and he didnt even bother to answer. I cant go to a branch I HAVE to work through him.
I am so sick of this and now the deal i wanted probably has expired.
