Bad service
cell c customer service is the worst you hold for hours before getting help and even when they actually pick up no one can really assist all i keep on getting is i don't know let me transfer you to the relevant department.cant wait for contract to end so i can port to better networks with good customer service.

I settled my account and still haven't received acknowledgement that it has been settled and paid off my mother then took another contract for me the *** number which i was happy about until recently when i couldn't get any help from cell c concerning my account ***.Kindly provide feedback on the payment i made that is all i ask.
