Bad service

Unable to receive calls. Called Cell C on the 8th June '19, advised them that I am unable to receive calls from other networks. Consultant advised me to dial ##002# . Called back Still cannot receive calls. Called again and logged a query which they advised will be resolved in 2 working days. On On the 9th June '19. I called Cell C again and spoke to Nobuhle and explained the entire situation again, i said to her I wanna speak to the manager, she refused to put me through to her manager I hold for 30 minutes after that the call was cut off. Furthermore, she said I must do a Sim swap I said hell no, I won't do that.
