bad service

I have phone in the beginning of march at 08:00 to cancel my contract with cell c. they said they have made a note of that, today when I phoned to ask when will my last instalment be they said they never received a request that I want to cancel my contract with them, they repeatedly said they going to transfer me to the cancelation department but the phone keeps dropping . I phoned 3 times and still no one to help me
