Bad service

I have bought cell phone on contract at Cell'C. The phone had a gift which was Bluetooth Lite plus Headset. And I did not get them. The headsets was the reason I took the contract. When I asked about the headset they said they are out of stock. I went back after 2 weeks, they said the company that make the headset are no longer producing them. So now I feel that the gift was a lie, because I'm not the only person who is facing the same problem. I'm so disappointed with Cell'C services. As it was my first time having a deal with them.
