Bad service.
deducting money for insurance on my device but now when I want to claim there's no insurance on the device. cellc does not get back to me like they say they would and they not sorting anything out. where's my insurance money going to. struggling with them for the last 2 months.

25 Apr 2019, 15:24Our system does have records of Device Insurance active under the number ***. We have escalated the matter to C-Surance for urgent assistance.
