BAD SERVICE
I have been struggling to get through the collections division (courier division) for the whole morning without any joy. Garry Baloyi had indicated that they are experiencing high call volume but this is really unacceptable. I have been struggling to get any joy in getting someone to come collect my phone for repairs i am not even sure what to do anymore - this is really unacceptable.

Don't you perhaps have a Cell C outlet close by where the device can be booked in for repairs?

25 Apr 2019, 14:07Please note that I am based at braamfontein Braampark office park and there is a customer service office in the same premises but unable to get assistance from them. I very far from any shop(s) which will be open at the time I knock off, which is very frustrating for me.
