BAD SERVICE
Cell c has the most appalling customer services, for a month I have been struggling to get through to the legal department just to get a settlement amount on an account I asked to be closed long ago. I am being sent from pillar to post to one agent saying the legal department has a backlog. I was transferred to them and was on hold for 30minutes still with no help. VERY BAD SERVICES
