Kindly let me know how long does it take to solve clients queries???

The first email that i have sent to cellc regarding an insurence that was not added on my phone and the porting of a number was on the 26th of February 2019

1 query has been done, and the insurence query they claimed they still doing investigations till TODATE

Now do you want something to happen to the phone till you resolove the query??? Did you maybe see from your side that it was your consultants error thats why the insurence was not added and you can not provide proper feedback?

i am requesting a senior person to provide me with proper feedback instead of all the consultants calling me and telling me the same thing that the query is under investigation.. I THOUGHT INVESTIGATION ARE DONE WITHIN 24_ 48HRS, i didnt know that they can take weeks to be resoloved.
