Bad service

I'm very disappointed in the way cell c has been handling my case. I opened a case on friday last week and was told it will be responded to with 24 to 48 hours. I ve called in to escalate the matter and was to ld the person working on my case will contact me. The. Name is Tshepiso Ratshweu. Till today I have not been responded to and it's irritating to call the 135 number and explain my case all the time.

This is bad service and I need answers from this person.
