Bad service

I took up a contract with cell c in 2016 everything was going good i even recommended to other people. In June 2018 i settled their account "before the contract end date"according to the contract it was suppose to end in October 2018. Inded they didnt deduct untill end of october. i thought we had parted ways after settling the account but little did i know, November they continued deducting the normal instalment. I called and asked what is happening the told me i had to call to cancel the contract. Then they told me since they had put airtime i had to pay extra for them to cancel. In December i paid everything "owed" to them and sent the proof of payment. Guess what they deducted December and january as well. I called today to find out what is happening spoke to a simphiwe or sifiso then they literally went silent on me. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. I trusted you but you have let me down. Im never recommending you guys again to anyone. I want my money back and the banking fees that iv spent. if not im taking this further with my lawyers.
