Bad service

I sent my contract phone in fo repairs. They sent completly diffrent device back in terrible shape. Sent phone back again got email to say i can get a replacement CPA. Went to branch 5 times before i could eventually get a new phone after almost 2 months of being sent from post to pillar numerous phone calls & emails. I am very dissapointed with cell c the service i got was teribble. Yet again I will have to go back to the branch to exchange something i took in place of replacement coz it does not work. I have to pay the cotract till next year still. Ive felt so disgusted with the service that i feel like i just want to stop paying this contract. I had to take stuff i dont need. The people at the branch does not have any manners or telephone s****s. Phone was put down in my ear. Once my contracts are done i will never ever use cell c again.
