Good day My name is Tsholofelo and i would like some assistance in connection to a sim swap that the store at Promenade Mall Cape Town and not forgetting the call center situated in KZN central park failed to assist me due to the fact that i do not have a passport , as per request from the call center, to my understanding if one fails security questions asked the next alternative is by visiting a store which they also cant assist me because it was Rica by some details who owns a passport. Now i'v been using this phone ever since and my last day was on the 22/11/2018.

As part of our processes, a security check has to be performed to protect our customers. We have requested one of our consultants to contact you and assist with this matter.
Alternatively you can visit any of our stores, bring an affidavit as the SIM card is not RICA registered under your name, proof of residence and have the SIM swap done at the store.
