I have a 40 Gig data contract with Cell C. 20G daytime and 20G night time. I notice for the months September and October 2018, according to my calculation, I ran out of data well before the 20G daytime should have been depleted. To confirm this I requested statements to see how the data was used. To date I have not received and statements as requested. I'm totally appalled by Cell C’s inefficiency to furnish me with a simply statement, requested 3 times, indicating the usage pertaining to the 2 months in question. In my opinion it appears that Cell C intentionally de*****ed me, if they robbing me, how many other clients they are doing the same to? Will someone please respond as I am incurring cots for data usage I am not aware of.
