Bad Service

worst service ever received. Cell C in Sandton City. I called to check up on my repairs and first thing I am told is about the 21 days without even checking when my phone was brought in. the guy is helping another lady while he is talking to me. and just gives me the costumer care line number and still did not check the job number, he id not even bother asking for it. pathetic service. atleast tell me where my phone is. cause the last I called it was at RAM. when its expected to come, no one knows. this is quite disappointing. disgusting service.
