Bad service...

I have never been so davistated. My bag was snatch and my cellphone was inside I reported the incident at cell c. My phone was insured but now they pushing me from pillar to post asking for my cellphone box. When they debit my money they never told me they'd want boxes... im dissapointed and angry... All I want is to cancel all my contracts with them.
