Bad service

Went to Cell C store in N1 City on the 2 October to report my phone ****** as i have insurance the gentleman i spoke to promised that he will send me an email with my ITC number . i waited the whole week to no avail i then went back following week he was not in the consultant i spoke to this time around checked and found that the request was not done. i requested to speak to the manager Anele who then took my details and promised to send me the details same day, guess what i am still waiting for my ITC number. the service is just pathetic and i now understand why the rep did not deliver because the manager is doing the same so where is going to learn customer experience. Very disappointed all i can say when i eventually get the ITC number and CSurance tells me its late to claim Cell C will honor
