Bad service

The service is so bad it doesn’t change at all, instead of my dispute being resolved I’m called for collections. I even went to the head office but no all they want is money and not happy customers.

All I’m getting is *********** agents and their *********** managers not to mention their stupid systems. Or clearly someone is being paid for nothing. They are busy taking me from pillar to post. I’m so tired of their calls I want answers and those arrears cleared because I don’t owe any.
