BAD SERVICE

Hello Peter My Name is Henry Chelhango,I had a contract with Cell C number ********** .which was behind with R700,00 as at August 2018.my account was handed over to Nude debt for collection ref number ND ********** 8,which i take responsibility of making payment to the collector,sending proof to Ronald of NUDE debt collector,However i received a letter from cell c indicating that im owing R1700,00 and i have not been paying my account,this shocked me as it is a pure lie,I called Nude debtors and confirm that my account is closed as i have paid it,then i called Cell C needing explanation of raising amount to R1700,00 and also saying i have not been paying my account,my call was transferred to their legal department i hold for 30 minutes and 45 second no one answered my call,then i decided to write to hello peter to make cell c to contact me and explain to me where did they get R1700,00 .and apart from that they permanently deactivated my account without my knowledge.
