Bad Service
This morning I got a very bad service and my querry is still not resolved. The agent that I spoke to is Caleb O'reilly works at head office in Woodmead at the Retentions Department. My contact number is ********** 066. Please contact me for assistance ASAP

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct himself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
