Bad Service
Cell C sim swap always has and will suck!.. How can you ask me who are the last people I called, whereby you can just check if the sim is under my ID number?.. To think that one has been a customer from my first phone!..

Our consultants have to follow specific business rules when handling customer queries or requests. A security check is mandatory and if the customers' answers do not match the information on the system then the consultant can not assist.
