bad Service

i Mailed the retention department on how much it would cost for me to cancel m,y contract. I paid the commitment amount and received a mail that my contract has been cancelled however i still received statement that another amount has to be paid now the agent tell me its a cancellation fee. and when i call the call center they keep dropping my call Very bad service
