Bad service

I contacted cell c yesterday after I received an sms stating that I requested a port from cell to mtn, I immediately contacted the service provider to cancel and reverse that port because that was done without my concern. This happened again couple of months ago off which I had to go purchase another cell c sim card for me to obtain my number again. The consultant I spoke to by the name of mbali advised me that the porting takes 24 to 48 hours by the time I got home I had no network on my phone. Cell c is really playing with people's money they tend to forget that our numbers are linked to our bank accounts I had to call and cancel all the access I had with that sim card. This is so unacceptable I now have to go get a new sim card after that I need to goto all the banks that I'm using andas que again. as a financial advisor my clients contact me on that particular number. What if I had lost my funds through ***** where they going to reimburse me??.. I'm really fed up because this is not for the first time. One other thing that I totally hate is that the service consultants are misinforming the clients. If I took her advise and not do anything about my situation I would have lost alot. I'm done with Cell c and I'm definitely not moving to MTN. They both compromising our privacy as clients. I should also post this on their page on social media I'm really ****ed.. this service provider is a totally waste of time.clearly we are not safe with this kind of service providers.
