Bad service
I have been trying to Cuncel my contract with cell c as it ended in March 2021. They told me that my contract have been cancelled. The next month I called again trying to check if my request went through, they said I didn’t cancel and am owing them. I paid, requested to Cancel “again”. Till to date. When I call they say my account is at R0, earlier this month I received a call from some lawyers that said cell c handed me over for collection. With a Zero balance by the way!!! I requested paid letters more than 10 times already. Even now cell c is not able to help me.

09 Sept 2021, 15:58I thought you will say something. What you just said amounts to nothing, I had that many time form Cell c. I got handed over with that what you just said. I need a paid up letter. Not this.
