Bad service
I was ****** they took my phone the number i was using it was registered in most of my account. I first went to Maponya mall C cell store to get help doing sim swap, unfortunately i wasn't helped the guy who helped me referred me to South gate when i got there still i wasn't helped. They referred me to Town Carlton centre when i got there i wasn't helped as well instead they gave me an attitude. Apparently the sim card wasn't registered in my name and they couldn't help me to do my sim swap and to think i wasted my money for nothing it really hurts.

If a Sim card is not Rica registered under the users details, a Sim swap can only be processed if a certain security process is followed. Our Escalations team will be in touch to explain this to you and to advise on a way forward. Do expect a call.
