BAD SERVICE

CELL C BAD SERVICE_ i had 2 contracts, one expired but then i was listed for R192.00 in which it was for csurance and i never requested one...yes ..yes..yes.. i paid the R192.00 as i was send to Nudebt ....now May 2018 MY SECOND CONTRACT EXPIRED and i would like to upgrde ...consultants dont know their stories they keep on telling me they will call me back_i spoke to Jabulani and Tebogo Non of them gave feedback ever... i went to PROTEA gLEN BRANCH where at least they called the Legal Department and i was told they will let me know way forwad at least after 7-14 days...today on the 27/07/2018 i called them caused i receved their missed calls i was told my application declined____how i dont understand while i was notified that my contract has expired and when i decided to continue with them is still an issue....can i upgrde and be assiste with some1 who know their work or cancell my cell c contract...i am tired with the bad service i am getting from cell c
