Bad service

On Sunday 2018/06/24 at approximately 12.30 I went into the Cell C store at Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg for the third time to inquire about my cellular phone which had gone in for repair on 2018/04/05. My phone had gone in as I could not receive calls from only my husbands telephone number. I had an Indian male assist me and he went to the back to check for my phone. Upon returning with the mobile I noticed that it was more damaged than when I handed it in. I informed the gentleman and he said he couldn't assist me so I called my husband to look at the state of the phone and he agreed that i shouldn't sign for it. The gentleman then became very rude and continued talking and refused to listen to me. My husband informed him that he doesn't like his attitude however he continued being rude. At this point my husband requested the Manager and he was told by the gentlemen that there is no Manager available. And he just continued mumbling and typing, my husband told him to have respect for me but he continued to be rude. My husband then went to him and grabbed him by his shirt and told him to have respect as he is dealing with his wife and he is continuing to be rude to me in front of him and he won't accept it. When he released him the manager came out by this stage he was shouting in the store. Stating he is opening a case. My husband provided him with his details at this stage which he wrote down and informed him that he is welcome to do so. On Tuesday 2018/06/26 I was contacted by the police informing me of a case that was opened against my husband. They contacted me as the complainant had supp**** them with all my details my full name, identity number and address. Which he obviously took from the system. After the manager came to speak to me she informed me that she will look into the matter and get back to me however to date no one has contacted me. I have been without a cellular phone for a while without anyone contacting me. When I go and inquire for the third time not only do I get a phone more damaged but also the police having all my details and a case opened against my husband. I have been a faithful customer to Cell C for many years even though the network coverage is the worst ever. But for this I'm appalled and would like my contract to be cancelled. As it is I don't have a phone.
