Bad Service

I went to Cell C store for a sim swop, had my ID and proof of residence. Answered all the questions however they told me that because I don't remember the last dialed numbers they can't help me. I mean I'm there, the sim is registered in my name and I have the required documents why not help me? They referred me to the call center, the call center asked questions and told me they can't help me because I failed the security check. I mean am I supposed to remember all the numbers I dial? I provided my personal details. Being sent from pillar to post for such a stupid thing. I'm not happy at all, the consultant at the Maponya mall store left me hanging while assisting another person. So, I'm not important because I want a mere sim swop which she couldn't help me with. TERRIBLE service indeed, I need to have this sim swop done
