BAD SERVICE

My contracts with Cell C came to an end Jan 2018. After multiple calls, went into the stores etc. I still struggle to get this cancelled, they just never received it, or the person dealing with it according to the managers words "was a ghost and disappeared in thin air." Of all the calls they cannot pick any up on there system, not even the ones where they tried to give me 2 free cellphones..... So this month I decided to cancel my debit order. Called them, mailed another cancellation through....and guess what, now they want to suspend my services.....and still no cancelation. Please cellc after being 10 years a loyal client and multiple contracts with you I really cannot handle this kind of treatment. SO reason for cancellation was that my kids are grown up both working, so cancel contracts on my name and then they will apply for contracts on there names....no loss to you, but with this kind of service I am not so sure if it will be advisable to do any more business with you. So can somebody please contact me. Although I suppose high hopes as multiple calls, mails etc. so far does not get any response.....
