Bad Service

Been trying to phone Cell C but the customer service is quite bad,

I tried to phone to find out for my brother about recent payments made towards his cellphone contract that his paying off,

I cannot understand how they don't have record of him paying but he has slips with details reference and details provided by them.

Its really frustrating
