Bad service

bad service ever, I app**** for a contract I was assisted by Mogale, I requested to keep my old number, the phone was delivered (10/09/2015), I phone the call center to activate the service and confirm if I will be using my old number I was assisted by Angela (10/09/2015 11:32) she confirmed I will keep my old number, horrific surprise I am given a new number, I call and spoke to Siyanda (11/09/2015 13:36) I explained again and again what I need them to do, what was supposed to be simple was now difficult I was told to check after two hours, still did not get what I requested I then spoke to Patrick (10/09/2015 16:00) same story check after 2 hour, come Saturday I was unable to receive call from my old number (number doesn't exist msg) and the new phone still not working , this morning I call again, I was told my old number was deactivated, Can someone please sort this out
