Bad service

I have a cell phone contract with cell c and for a month is the cell phone has factory fault and I it was booked in twice to be fixed in a month and it comes back unfixed and when I call customer care they make me talk to more than 6 ppl with the same issue and nobody is really helping.im without a phone for a month now and they refuse to cancel my contract.the level of incompetence there is just bad and it seems like nobody cares
