Bad service

What bad service I received from CellC. On the 2nd of April I lodge a complaint/query with Cell c. 10 days later and it is still not resolved. Bad bad service. Their competitors are they also so bad? Cell c without my consent or request cancelled my monthly debit order. They have the audacity to blame me that I changed my account without informing them. What a load of *******. Some *********** staff member again did not do their work. I feel like going to the adjudicator to inform them the way they treat there customers.
