bad service

Iv been sitting for an hour trying to do a swim swop. I got my Affidavit stating all of the reasons why I came into the shop to do the sim swop with the I'd copy that was required of me to have since iv got the other documents with me. Iv been sitting for an hour and the ****** damn consultant says the head office is too damn busy to answer the ****** phone as they can't do the sim swop.<br> What a damn useless network.
