Bad service

I have had the most very disappointing and infuriating experience with Cell C. I have a contract and insurance with them. Having had my phone ****** which I reported immediately, I was told a few days later I had to pay an excess,which I promptly did. Having had bad service from the ****arney branch, which involved offering me a phone of a different brand which I was dishonesty told was the same value. I then dealt with a manager, Mr. Chetty in Sandton who failed to fulfill his duties and avoided us. After five weeks we have still had no satisfaction or fulfillment of the contract
