Bad service

Worst insurance ever. It's been 22 days and counting since iv claimed,made a payment to CSurance and I'm still without a phone but without fail it has deducted payment. All the excuses I have heard and the references iv received I could write a book . The worst thing is that I need to do all the follow ups and still get empty promises. I still have nothing and no way forward. Only this week I was told the store they had to deliver at is getting renovated and I should pick another one this was on Tuesday and I was again told to expect the phone by Friday but nothing once again . This insurance is ***** skeem that never has answers and a way forward on their claim 22days seriously unfair. I have checked my contract and nothing states such unprofessional conduct. They could careless about they customers as long they get money the they happy . No one from they department did anything to assist me from the 9th of February till today. It's almost a month now and no help from them guess they 3 to 7 working days doesn't apply when they have to pay or assist customers
