Bad service

Cell C is the worst service provider ever. I have been struggeling from the 3rd of January with my upgrade. Every new consultant that I get to, tells me a diffrent story about my upgrade. They normally dont call you back. And 9 out of 10 times when I ask to speak to a manager, they have JUST gone into a meeting. I regret taking out a contract out with cell c every day.

Yes, Maropeng did speak to me, not that anything was sorted out. Just because Maropeng spoke to me does not mean that I am happy now. Maropeng was supposed to get back to me to advise me of my credit score that should be updated with Cell C. The last time I have heard something from Cell C, was on die 24th of January. I just cant find it in myself as to why Cell C cannot deliver. I have been paying this contract for 2 Years (2years on the previous contract as well). With a total of between R1400.00 and R1700.00 per month. I don't owe Cell C 1 cent, (And even when I did owe Cell C money, I made a payment straight away), only to find out that a cash payment counts as a non-payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT MY ACCOUNT IS AS CONFIRMED BY CELL C, PAID UP TO DATE????!!!! and now I cant upgrade. It is MY contract, MY money, My choice to stay loyal to Cell C. And now, when it comes to upgrade time, Cell C is giving me the cold shoulder. Really?!

I dont know if Maropeng is still working at Cell C, because nobody at Cell C knows him, and if he does, he is also uncapable to assist me. I need this matter to be referred to someone new. I cant understand what is taking so long.
