Bad Service

I can't believe Cell C can be sooo unreasonable. my line has been suspended. I am unable to do anything which is fine because yes I do owe Cell C. I spoke to a consultant who I informed that I will make payment today and as a matter of fact I was sent an FNB EWallet on my fone during the early mornings. The pin has expired and with my fone being locked Iam unable to retrieve the pin. and with this money I was going to pay Cell C. I am really disappointed. I need Cell C to reconnect me right now so that i can proceed with what I wana do.
