Bad Service

I have an LTE contract with Cell C for my business going on two years now and every month they keep charging me more than the contracted amount agreed on, I insisted that my internet usage would be capped and an agreed amount would be paid every month. Last year I got charged 600% more than I was supposed to be charged and now I cant even cancel the contract due to the individual that I have been dealing with at Cell C, mail box is too full and cant receive emails, I have never come across such poor service and confusion on their part in my life and no matter how many letters I have sent to them reminding them that I am supposed to be paying a certain amount only and caped, it falls on def ears and they charge me whatever they feel like. Unbelievable! Im no at my end with this service provider and suggest that there is far better service provides out there.
