Bad service

I bought a phone from Cell C liberty midlands mall and asked them to load my email to it they failed to do so and said the phone was new and were not fami**** with it and said a Blackberry consulted will call me and assist me , a guy buy the name of Charles did I was able to receive emails but not reply to them, when I sent to Cell c everything was deleted and now I can t even receive emails and both Blackberry and Cell C cant help.
