Bad Service

Following my initial complaint it is now an entire month that I still have not received my device that has been sent for repairs on the 22 September and a month later still no device has returned been going back and forth with calling cell c customer service driving to the cell.c store in ballito junction were I purchased the device and still no help I am utterly disappointed with this terrible service and requested to cancel my contract immediately and still that is not being done. I refuse to pay for a device that I do not have.
