Bad Service

Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this with regards to the poor service delivery received from Cell C at The Ballito Junction.

On the 7th September 2017, I upgraded my contract to an iPhone 7 Plus. A few weeks after I received the phone, it stopped working. It was not switching on or charging. On the 22nd September, I contacted Cell C and they asked me to bring the phone to the store for repairs as I have a one year warranty. On the 2nd October 2017, I received an email from Cell C requesting me to switch off 'find my iPhone'. This is was done shortly after I received the email. According to the messages I received, the phone had been dispatched on the 3rd October. I did not receive any correspondence thereafter until the 7th October when they sent a text message informing me that my device was ready for collection so I called the store to confirm of which I did speak to an employee at the store who did verbalise that the phone is ready for collection however, when I went to the store, I was told that the phone was sent back as it was not repaired due to the reason that the 'find my iPhone' setting had not been switched off not once since I had been asked to switch the setting off did I receive a call or email stating that there was still a problem with the 'find my iPhone setting'. I am utterly disappointed that it has been almost three weeks and the phone is still not repaired. I am currently paying for a phone that I am not using.
