Bad service
This is my second report this month , cell c employees just *********** . I called Friday to blacklist my number and was told it’s blocked but can’t give me blacklist number , today I called yet again and the lady helping me said the person that previously helped didn’t blacklist nor block my number and that my IMEI number isn’t visible on system and she must escalate the matter yet the very same IMEI number is on the phone box and letter/document that ur issued after opening a contract which I still have both of them ( the box and contract document) . I need the blacklist number to claim at an insurance . I can’t wait for my contract to end coz sure won’t be upgrading they not worth having my money .

I called again this morning and was told they can not my IMEI Number gain and went to the police station they refused to open a case for me without the ICT number which cell c is struggling to give. This s really frustrating after so many years with cell c .

18 Mar 2021, 07:46even now am still waiting , lil did i know that only blacklisting and getting the ICT number and the blacklisting number would take me full 7 days and counting to be assisting yet some people just call and its all done . Its really frustrating because now will be 2 weeks if still not helped by tomorrow without opening a case now police station will give another tough time for open it because i took long due to cell c in competencies .

19 Mar 2021, 07:53Assisted how ? when firstly cell c indicated that they can not find my IMEI number for full 5 days they did not find it on system then all of a sudden now they can find it but is not linked to my number meaning i was not using the sim card that's in question on the same mobile phone how i have no idea coz I've been using that phone since day one . My question is that if they could not track the IMEI number wouldn't that be visible for all these months? why not call and notify me? Instead my monthly subscription for the past 20 months is deducted even insurance is deducted but could not notice that and only notice that now.. why make us open insurance wen they know very well that when they suppose to blacklist they will make up such things. Nothing is adding up Cell c just making excuses for what i have no idea. this matter needs to be fixed today am tired of Cell c and their in competencies. I need a new phone my business is struggling coz cell c can not do its job.
