bad service

I made a call to the call centre to enquire about the status of my phone as I had taken it in for repairs on the 13/07/2015<br> <br> My first call I was transfared to the repair department and was on hold for 8 minutes and was cut off .<br> I then called back and spoke to a call centre agent who sounded like she didnt wanna assist at all and was again tansfared to the repairs department and again was put on hold for more than 8 minutes and the call was cut off .<br> <br> I called again but this time I made sure I asked for the agemts name and her Name was Sumaya she was the only agent who was helpful after the third call she transfered my call and was answered within 5 minutes .<br> <br> I am really dissapointed with cell c service but I have to give a high 5 to Sumaya as by the tone of her voice you can hear she loves her job and was willing to help .
