Bad service
I have taken a new contract with cell c and the agent incorrectly advised me when I had mentioned a better deal. I want this contract cancelled and I want to be given the better deal . I am not happy with service from the agent as he assured me of the deal even though I mentioned what I saw.

03 Oct 2020, 13:29Please note there was two calls when I was told about the other deal by my brother I emailed the agent to advise I want to change the contract and he responded saying it's already approved there isn't anything he can do as it's the system that approved it . I wanted to change the plan option which he advised was not possible. Going into the store I was advised that's not true so I want this contract cancelled

10 Oct 2020, 09:53It's been a week and still no contact wo advise if the contract is cancelled and when I call customer service they give you numbers that dont exist . I want the manager to get back to me immediately and the contact needs to be cancelled immediately
