Bad service

I went to a cell c shop in maponya mall yesterday to do a sim swap as was ****** on Saturday at gun point.I was hospitalised and could only do the sim swap yesterday. I told to give them 5 frequently dialled numbers . which I don't know as the numbers were saved on my phone. I have had the number for more than 10 years now and this is really frustrating as I need my number back urgently.
