Bad Service

I sent in my phone for repairs on the 06th of September 2023, and I was told that it takes 21 days to repair the phone, to date( 11 October 2023) I still have not received my phone which I use for work, When I call in to enquire, I am told that it is under the repair department, it has been there since the 07th of September 2023. I was also told that once my Insurance has been paid, It is only going to take 3 days max to fix and send back to me. The Insurance was paid on the 29th of September, And yet here I am without my phone. This Cell C Incompetency is really affecting me, I am very disappointed in Cell C.
