Bad service

Letter I send to VVM Debt Collectors to clear my name on the credit bureau because Cell C cant do their work. I found out on Tuesday 02 Feb 2021 that 2 x Cell C contracts was taken out on my name in Rivonia Village, Sandton. I live in the, Eastern Cape and contracts taken out on 30 Jan 2021 while I was at work. I opened a ***** case at Uitenhage Cell C branch with case nr *** They asked the paperwork from the branch and it was clear that my ID, bank account statement and payslip was used (*****ed) but it wasn’t my real documents. Then I got phone calls from VVM Debt Collectors that I owe Cell C money, I told them that I never had contracts with Cell C and that I reported the ***** and openend the case. Now I have to make an affidavit that is not older than 3 months. Seeing that the original affidavit reported to Police was older than 3 months Ref nr for VVM Debt Collectors : I***//Cell C I appeal to you to please get in contact with Cell C to resolve the matter and clear my name on the CPB Credit Bureau.
