Bad Service

Since Logdown I had to change banks to lower banking cost. I spend two days on phones and e-mails to arrange the change of debit orders. Cell-C Fibre even charge me a penalty because the debit order bounce. After spending another day last month with them on the phone I was told everything is now done and the debit order will go off end of June from my new bank account. Well SURPRISE this morning I got an notification from my old bank that Cell-C is trying to deduct the instalment from there ONCE AGAIN. Now I will have another penalty I need to pay. Why can't people do what they asked to do? How difficult can it be to change banking details. I will not pay the penalty fee and you will fix this account by listening to your so called recording phone calls. I cannot spend another day on the phone using my time and money just because Cell-C employ people that don't know what they doing.
