bad service

had the worst service from the cell shop at umlazi megacity. after being given the run around for weeks I had finally found the time to visit the shop for a cell phone contract. I had supp**** them with all the necessities they required from me (pay slip, 3 months banks statement and ID copy). so I arrive at the shop and they approve my application, I signed the contract but the phone I wanted was not on stock so the agreement was that I would pick it up the following day. I was working the following day so they had suggested that I ask someone else to pick it up only to find that they could nt release the phone because the statement I supp**** to them was a statement I had requested from my bank the day before I went there to sign my contract. I am furious and it does nt make sense. its not like it was a month old statement apparently they want you to go to the bank that same day you go to apply for the contract. the guy who was assisting me (Spha) didn't even have the decency to call me back to inform me n apologize, I had to call him and ask why they had nt released the phone. *********** bunch of people! I hope the other service providers are taking down notes on what not to do
